Business Premium includes everything in Business Basic plus desktop Office apps, Microsoft Defender for Business, Intune, and Microsoft Entra ID P1, which adds identity and device management features for stronger security.
Migration to Microsoft 365 depends on the method, number of users, and data complexity. A cutover migration with fewer than 150 mailboxes usually takes a few days.
Staged or hybrid migrations for larger environments may take several weeks or more. For most mid-sized businesses moving email, files, and core services, the full process often takes between 2 to 4 months.
