How to Warm Transfer with Grandstream Phones and Asterisk

This assumes you are on the phone with the person you want to transfer on Line 1.

1. Press line 2 (this puts the caller on line 1 on hold)
2. Dial the number or extension you want to transfer to
3. Press the Send Key
4. When the call is picked up explain to them you are transferring someone to them (Hey Bob this is Mary from the office I am going to transfer Steve to you now)
5. Press the Transfer button and Press Line 1
