Setup TFTP for Polycom 5000

• Press the Menu button
• Select Settings
• Select Advanced
• Enter in password (456 is the default password)
• Select Admin Settings
• Select Network Configuration
• Select Provisioning Server
• Change the Server Type to be Trivial FTP
• Change the Server Address to be the TFTP Servers address (most of the time this will be the ip address of the phone system)
• Select Exit, Exit, Save Config and then reboot the phone if it doesn’t do it automatically
