How to Access Your Voicemail and Make Changes to Settings on Grandstream Phones

-Logging into your Voice Mail Box System:
1.) At the top right corner of your GrandStream phone there is a button with a picture of an envelope on it. Press this button to log into your Voice Mail Box.
2.) After pressing this button, you will be prompted to enter in a password. Use the password that you were provided with when the phones were installed. Once you have entered this password you will be logged into the voice mail box system. From here, you can listen to messages and make changes to your voice mail box system settings.
-Recording your Unavailable and Busy Messages:
1.) Once your logged into the voice mail box system, you will be given a list of options. Option 1 allows you to listen to new and old messages. Option 2 allows you to change folders (this option is often not used). Option 3 will bring you to advanced options (this option is also seldomly used). Option 0 allows you to make changes to how your voice mail system is set up, record unavailable and busy messages, change voice mail box system password, etc. Option 1 and option 0 will be the most used options in your voice mail box system.
2.) To record your unavailable and busy messages, log into your voice mail box system and press 0 for Mail Box Options. To record your unavailable message, press 1 once you are in Mail Box Options and follow the automated instructions. The same steps are taken to record your Busy message. Once logged into the voice mail box system, press 0 for mailbox options then press 2 to record your Busy message and follow the automated instructions.  Additionally, you can record your name to be played in the Company Directory if your office utilzes a Directory.  You can do this by choosing Option 3 in Mail Box Options and following the automated instructions. 
The Unavailable message will play after the phone rings for a set amount of time without answer. The Busy message plays if you are on the other line and someone tries to call you.  Your name message plays when someone accesses the Company Directory, if your office uses one.
-Changing your Voice Mail Box System Password:
1.) Most times, users want to change the password they use to access their voice mail. To do this, log into the voice mail box system using the password provided to you when the phones were installed. Then, press 0 for Mail Box Options. A list of options will be given to you by the automated voice. Press option 5 to change your password and follow the automated instructions. Once you have entered a new password and have pressed the pound (#) sign, your password will be changed.
